Ich habe es doch gesagt: Die Ur-Dinosaur jr. sind wieder ganz und gar da. Mir macht zwar etwas angst, das J inzwischen komplett ergraut und Murph gar keine Haare mehr auf dem Kopf hat (nur Lou Barlow ist noch einigermaßen originalgetreu erhalten geblieben), aber die Platte werde ich mir wohl doch mit Sicherheit kaufen. Yay!

The long awaited new album from the original lineup of J, Lou & Murph titled Beyond is set to release on May 1 (in the US). This will be the first studio release from them in 18 years. The album will be released on Fat Possum Records (The Black Keys, Fiery Furnaces…). The album was recorded in J’s house. Here is the Tracklisting for “Beyond”:
